All services are educational and lifestyle-focused. They are not medical or mental health services.

3. No Guarantees

Results and experiences vary depending on the individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including weight loss, health results, academic outcomes, performance improvements, or personal transformation.

4. Client Responsibility

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that:

• you are responsible for your own choices, health, and outcomes
  
  

• you will consult qualified professionals when needed
  
  

• coaching does not replace medical, nutritional, or mental health support
  
  

• you will communicate honestly and participate responsibly
  
  

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment terms for coaching packages, assessments, and speaking services will be provided at the time of booking or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• payments are non-refundable once services begin
  
  

• missed sessions may not be refundable
  
  

• payment plans must be completed as agreed
  
  

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to availability, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. When possible, sessions will be rescheduled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within program materials (including text, documents, images, graphics, videos, frameworks, and branding) is the intellectual property of ONE LIFE COACHING by Cece unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

7. Testimonials

If you provide testimonials, reviews, or feedback, you grant permission for ONE LIFE COACHING by Cece to use them for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
