At ONE LIFE COACHING by Cece, your wellbeing comes first.

The ONE LIFE FAST™ Method is a lifestyle-based, cycle-aware coaching approach designed to support discipline, clarity, and sustainable habits for women. It is not a medical program, diet plan, or treatment.

This Safety Policy explains how ONE LIFE FAST™ is approached responsibly and who the method may not be suitable for.

1) ONE LIFE FAST™ is Lifestyle Coaching — Not Medical Care

ONE LIFE FAST™ is delivered as educational and lifestyle coaching. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not replace professional medical advice.

If you have any medical concerns, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting routine.

2) Who ONE LIFE FAST™ is Designed For

ONE LIFE FAST™ is intended for women who want:

  • a sustainable approach to fasting

  • structure without extremes

  • lifestyle habits that support long-term health

  • a cycle-aware rhythm that respects the female body

This is not a “quick fix” or extreme program.

3) Who Should Not Participate

ONE LIFE FAST™ may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical histories or conditions.

You should not participate in fasting without medical supervision if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • have a history of eating disorders or disordered eating

  • have diabetes, blood sugar conditions, or metabolic disorders

  • have a heart condition or other condition requiring supervision

  • are underweight or medically vulnerable

  • are taking medication that may be affected by fasting (such as insulin or other blood sugar–related medication)

ONE LIFE FAST™ is not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

4) Your Responsibility as a Client

By participating in ONE LIFE FAST™, you agree that:

  • you are responsible for your own health and decisions

  • you will listen to your body and communicate honestly

  • you will seek medical advice when needed

  • you understand that fasting is optional and should feel supportive

  • you will not push through warning signs or distress

Fasting is a tool — not a requirement.

5) A Sustainable Approach

ONE LIFE FAST™ prioritises:

  • long-term habit building

  • self-awareness and cycle alignment

  • flexibility and real-life consistency

  • nourishment and recovery

  • discipline without punishment

The goal is not fasting longer.
The goal is fasting wiser.

6) If You Feel Unwell

If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, severe fatigue, panic, or any concerning physical or emotional reaction, you should stop fasting immediately and seek professional medical support.
